NOTD and huge update

I'm so sorry I've been MIA for over a month. With moving and unpacking and general just being busy, I forget about my blog. Yikes.

Anyway! I have videos I need to edit, some I need to refilm because they are horrible, but be on the lookout for that soon. I'll have my Glamour Doll haul and review up soon, I hope!
Anyway.

here are random nails of the day posts.
The first is a Sephora by OPI polish in Absinthe Makes The Heart. It's a gorgeous blacked green. I think this one was 9$.
The second polish is Glitz by wet n wild. This polish was only 2 or 3 $! A pretty glitter color, it has pink, silver, and aqua glitter.

NOTD- Rimmel Night Before

love this polish. here's some pictures:

this one is blurry to show the holo top coat. I used Northern Lights Silver Holo Topcoat by Out The Door on top of Rimmel Night Before.

It's looks almost blue when you first open the bottle. The first coat goes on blue, but the second goes more blurple, depending on thickness. It has a micro fine shimmer to it that looks red, but I'm going to say it's more of a reddish purple. It really is a gorgeous, unique color. Plus, it's only like 3$ at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc. It's a 60 second formula, but after the second coat it gets pretty thick and 60 seconds just isn't a correct number for drying time. The topcoat is also a fast drying topcoat, I'd say it was still dentable after an hour.

This makes the holo topcoat look like chunky glitter, but it's really not. It's smooth as can be.

Do you have this color? Do you need it? What about the topcoat? I will be posting more NOTD swatches with the topcoat, it's my new favorite love.

This is my first grey polish and my first Charlotte Russe polish. The formula wasn't so bad, this was four coats of grey and one of the WnW topped with Seche Vite. The wear wasn't so great, however, it chipped within 36 hours and I took it off shortly afterwards.
I liked the CR polish, but it's not something I would buy any more of. It was less than 4$, but I would gladly take my China Glaze or Rimmel, even my Wet n Wild over this.

What is currently on your nails?

Collective nails of the day post!

I don't have anything to post right now since I am at a friend's for the weekend, and I have had these pictures from my nails for the past few months just sitting on my computer.  Be warned that most, if not all, are taken by my camera phone.

Personally, I love Orly most of all. China Glaze wears the second best on myself, while O.P.I usually peels off within 24 hours. I use Seche Vite for most of these, except the matte which I kept looking good with a coat of China Glaze's Matte magic. I used Out The Door as my fast dry topcoat before Seche and I will be switching back after I am done with this bottle of Seche. It's less expensive and dries rock hard and stays put, unlike Seche that makes my polish peel, not chip. O.P.I. is also the most expensive and the hardest to find in my area. I have to go to Ulta which is 45 minutes away, just to find it. Orly and China Glaze are both found within a mile of my house at Sally's Beauty Supply. Orly is the least expensive, with China Glaze not far behind.

Do you find it is the same way for you? Or do you prefer a different kind of polish?
